中煎りのWashedと中煎りのNaturalをブレンドしました。
Washedのすっきりとした軽やかさに、Naturalの甘さと果実味が重なる一杯です。

エスプレッソはもちろん、「浅煎りすぎるのはちょっと苦手」という方には、ハンドドリップでもおすすめ。
ミルクに負けない厚みがありながら、ブラックでもすっと飲めるバランスに仕上げています。

これまで店頭でのみお出ししてきたブレンドですが、
「家でも飲みたい」というお声をたくさんいただき、
このたび豆でのお持ち帰り・ご購入ができるようになりました。

☕️ New: THE RAW BLEND

A blend of medium roast Washed and medium roast Natural.

The Washed brings clarity and a clean finish. The Natural brings sweetness and ripe fruit. Together they make a cup with body enough to stand up to milk, and balance enough to enjoy black.

Built for espresso, but if you find lighter roasts a little too bright, this one works beautifully as a pour over too.

We have been serving this blend in the shop only, and so many of you asked to take it home that we finally made it happen. Whole beans are available now.
